This work deals with a formation of layers using technology of plasma pencil using the boron based chemical compounds. It also examines properties of generated layers and their dependance on woking conditions. Táto práca sa zaoberá tvorbou vrstiev použitím technológie plazmovej ceruzky za využitia zlúčenín na báze bóru. Ďalej skúma vlastnosti vzniknutých vrstiev a ich závislosť na pracovných podmienkach. V teoretickej časti je popísané zariadenie generujúce plazmu, plazma samotná, spoločne s použitými chemikáliami a materiálmi.
