Abstract:
Cílem mé práce je zjištění změn zákoníku práce v roce 2012 a její dopad na výpočet mezd cílové skupiny zaměstnanců a zaměstnavatele podniku. Jednotlivé dopady zjišťuji ve výpočtových listech. Zhodnocení ve své práci vymezuji jak po stránce teoretické, tak i praktické.
