Visualisation of models and biochemical space in SBGN
Abstract:
In this thesis we describe design and implementation of the application, which is able to automatically, without manual intervention, visualise SBML reactions and BCSL rules in SBGN standard, that will be used for the purposes of the CMP. Thesis also include proposal of mapping from BCSL to SBGN standard.Abstract:
V práci popisujeme návrh a~implementáciu aplikácie, ktorá je schopná automaticky, bez manuálneho zásahu, vizualizovať SBML reakcie a~BCSL pravidlá biochemických modelov v~štandarde SBGN. Aplikácia bude následne použitá pre účely CMP. Práca taktiež zahŕňa návrh mapovania z~jazyka BCSL do SBGN štandardu.
