Abstract:

Práce se věnuje e- learningu, a to z pohledu jako vzdělávacího nástroje a rozvoje zaměstnanců. Za cíl si kladu, zjistit, zda se e – learning v organizacích vůbec používá,k jakým účelům a v jaké míře. Výsledky jsou dosaženy pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu.Teoretická část pojednává v kostce o firemním vzdělávání a dále se již vymezuje e-learning a jeho široké spektrum. Praktická část řeší reálné nasazení e-learningu ve společnostech. Pro jaké účely a v jakých formách e-learning organizace využívají a jak dlouho. Organizace působí v různých odvětvích, sleduji tedy i závislost této výukovémetody na druhu odvětví.

Abstract:

The work is dedicated to e-learning, from the point of view as an educational tool and development. The objective is to determine whether the e - learning in organizations ever used, for what purposes and to what extent. Results are achieved through qualitative research. The theoretical part discusses in brief about business education andhas already defines e-learning and its broad spectrum. The practical part deals with reallife e-learning in companies. For what purpose and in what forms of e-learning organizations use and how long. The organization operates in various industries, including dependence follow this teaching method on the type of industry.
