Abstract:
Ověřování degradace PVA kulturou OT3 za přídavku některých faktorů a zjištění podstaty symbiotického vztahu této kultury s kulturou Rhodococcus globerulus bylo prvním cílem mé práce. Biodegradace PVA probíhala v tekutém mediu. Koncentrace PVA byla stanovena pomocí spektrofotometrické metody. Mezi faktory, které byly použity patří především inaktivní katalasa, methionin, hemin. Abstract:
Studying of the PVA degradation by culture OT3 with the addition of some factors and finding of the principle of the its symbiosis with Rhodococcus globerulus were the main aims of the work. Biodegradation tests were performed in the liquid media and PVA concentrations were measured by spectrophotometric method.
