Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma manažerských kompetencí v sociálních službách. Cílem práce je zjistit a zhodnotit, zda jsou jednotlivé manažerské kompetence vedoucích pracovníků v neziskovém sektoru důležité pro výkon jejich pracovní činnosti.Cíl je naplňován prostřednictvím kvalitativní výzkumné strategie.
Abstract:
The final thesis is focused on the topic concerning managerial competencies in social services. The aim of the thesis is to find out and evaluate whether the managerial competencies of executives in non-profit sector are important for performance of their work activities.The objective is a accomplished by the use of qualitative research strategy.
