Tato práce se snaží popsat právní postavení vojáka v Římské říši během císařství a také jeho povinnosti, které se vázali k jeho službě. Dále mapuje vývoj římské armády jako celku od vzniku Říma až do pozdního cíařství.
Abstract:
This work is about development roman army its sturucture, command, and about legal position of soldiers and veterans uder the Roman Empire from Augustus to Justinian.
