Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vyhrazených prostorů veřejných institucí a jejich potenciálem pro systém zeleně města. Problematika byla vztažena na modelové území města Hodonín, které celkově postrádá spojitý systém, jež by protkal zelené plochy města a současně využil i potenciál vyhrazených prostorů veřejných institucí, které mohou hrát pro život ve městě a jeho kvalitu význačnou roli. Teoretický úvod práce se tak zabývá nejen rostoucím významem zeleně ve městech, ale i problematikou rozvoje měst, jejichž součástí by měl být i plně funkční a vzájemně provázaný systém zeleně. V rámci analytické části, a tedy rozboru modelového území, jsou aplikovány teoretické poznatky z úvodní části, které jsou formou grafických schémat sdílně interpretovány. Poslední návrhová část práce prezentuje dvě roviny návrhu, kterými jsou vymezení základního schématu systému zeleně města Hodonín, utvářející základ této práce a následné detailní řešení vybraných vyhrazených prostorů veřejných institucí. Návrh se snaží poukázat na význam vyhrazených ploch veřejných institucí v urbanistické koncepci měst a dokladovat jejich potenciál pro systém zeleně města, který mohou dál nejen rozvíjet, ale i výrazně obohatit.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the problems of restricted spaces of public institutions and their potential for the city greenery system. The problems have been related to the model territory of city of Hodonín, which generally lacks a continuous system, which would connect the green grounds of the city and simultaneously used the potential of restricted spaces of public institutions, which can play an important role for the city life and its quality. The theoretical introduction of the thesis therefore focuses not only on the growing importance of greenery in cities, but also the problems of city development, which should include a fully functional and interconnected system of greenery. In the analytical part, or, the analysis of the model territory, theoretical findings from the introductory part are applied and openly interpreted using graphic diagrams. The last part of the thesis, the proposal, presents two options, which constitute determination of the basic diagram of the greenery system of Hodonín, forming the basis of this work, and a subsequent detailed solution of selected restricted spaces of public institutions. The proposal tries to emphasize the importance of restricted spaces in the urban conception of cities and to prove their potential in the city greenery system, which they can not only develop continuously, but also enrich significantly.
