Abstract:

Magisterská práce „Konflikt práva na život a práva na osobní svobodu v kontextu hodnot současné společnosti a vybrané kazuistiky z oblasti poskytování zdravotních služeb“ zdůrazňuje, jak je řešení konfliktu uvedených lidských práv ovlivněno jednou ze základních vlastností dnešní společnosti - individualismem. Za tím účelem práce vymezuje nejprve vybrané znaky současné společnosti a dále vybrané teorie o původu, univerzalitě a vzájemných konfliktech lidských práv. Následně popisuje, jak se vlastnosti lidských práv a dnešní společnosti prakticky odrážejí při řešení konfliktu práv v oblasti zdravotnictví.

Abstract:

The magister paper „The Conflict of the right to life and the right to personal liberty in the perspective of values of contemporary society, and the selected casuistry in the field of health care“ emphasizes the way in which the human rights conflict decision is influenced by the current society principal attribute – individualism. Therefore the paper first describes the chosen characteristics of the current society, than it concerns the chosen theories about the human rights origin, their universality and mutual conflict. In the following parts it is considered how the current society and human rights characteristics are practically reflected in the rights conflict in the area of health care.
