The hooligan scene in the contemporary Czech sports environment

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce pomáhá řešit bezpečnost při sportovních událostech v ČR v 21. století, především na fotbalových utkáních. Cílem je zhodnotit druhy diváckého násilí a dalších projevů narušení bezpečnosti. Cílem je rovněž odhalení struktury, počínání, zvyklostí a individualit Hooligans. Práce se dále zaměřuje na organizaci a strukturu Hooligans fotbalového klubu AC Sparta Praha. Součástí práce je také naznačit legislativní možnosti organizací a bezpečnostních složek v tomto ohledu zúčastněných. Vyhodnocení probíhalo na základě analýzy historie, a to pomocí rešerše literatury a shromažďování informací z veřejných zdrojů. V závěru jsou formulovány konkrétní kroky, které pomohou při zvýšení bezpečnosti v této oblasti v budoucnu.

Abstract:

This thesis helps and solves security at sporting events in the Czech Republic in the 21st century, especially at football matches. The goal was to evaluate the types of spectator violence and other manifestations of security violations. Revealing the structure, behavior, habits and individualities of Hooligans. Furthermore, to focus on the organization and structure of the Hooligans football club AC Sparta Prague. Indicate the legislative possibilities of organizations and security forces involved in this regard.The evaluation was based on the analysis of history, using the literature search and the collection of information from public sources. In the conclusion, concrete steps are formulated that will help increase security in this area in the future.
