Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce s využitím metod rozhovoru a dotazníkového šetření analyzuje teambuilding jako nástroj zlepšování personální politiky vybraných podniků. Na základě zjištěných informací z řízeného rozhovoru s pracovníky analyzovaných podniků, kteří mají na starost teambuildingové aktivity a z dotazníků vyplněných zaměstnanci, poukazuje tato práce na vnímání přínosů teambuildingu pro podnik. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy potřebné k pochopení celé problematiky, definuje tým a skupinu a přibližuje teambuildingové aktivity. V praktické části je hodnoceno, co teambuilding do podniků přináší. V závěru práce jsou návrhy a doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis analyzes the teambuilding as a tool for improving the personnel policy of selected companies using interview and questionnaire survey methods. Based on the information obtained from a controlled interview with employees of the analyzed companies who are in charge of teambuilding activities and from questionnaires filled out by employees, this work points to the perception of the benefits of teambuilding for the company. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts needed to understand the whole issue, defines the team and group and approaches teambuilding activities. The practical part evaluates what teambuilding brings to companies. At the end of the work are suggestions and recommendations for practice.
