Současným trendem je nabídka francouzské kuchyně v mnoha restauračních zařízeních za hranicemi Francie. Cílem bakalářské práce je představit francouzskou gastronomii a zjistit, jaká je situace na trhu francouzské gastronomie v Praze. Abstract:
The French culinary specialities are offered in the food and beverage facilities in many countries. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to characterize the French gastronomy and to analyse the French cuisine supply and demand in Prague. Firstly the current supply is analysed.
