Abstract:

BÜNTER, Miroslav. Role externího auditu v podniku. [Diplomová práce] Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2015. s. 99. Předmětem diplomové práce „Role externího auditu v podniku“ je oblast externího auditu a jeho vnímání a role v podniku (v hotelu). Práce se zaměřuje na průběh auditu jak z pohledu auditorské firmy konkrétního podniku, tak auditorské firmy. Pro větší přehlednost je práce rozdělena na tři části. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretický rozbor problematiky auditu a pojmů s ním spojených, druhá část je věnována analýze procesu externího auditu. Data do analytické části jsou získána pomocí online dotazníku a osobního dotazování v hotelech. Analýza výsledků je součástí práce. Závěrečná část práce je věnována zjištěným závěrům, z nichž budou vyvozeny návrhy. Informace jsou čerpány z domácí i zahraniční literatury, jejíž seznam je uveden v závěru diplomové práce.

BÜNTER, Miroslav. Role of the external audit in the enterprise. [Master’s Dissertation] The Institute of Hospitality Management. Prague: 2015. 99 pages. Master’s Dissertation "The Role of the external audit of the company" concentrates on the area of external audit and a perception and a role in a company (in a hotel). The thesis focuses on the process of audit, both in terms of the audit in a specific firm and audit firms. For greater clarity, the work is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on the theoretical analysis of audit and terms associated, the second part initiates the analysis of the external audit process. Data in the analytical part are be obtained via online questionnaire and personal interviews in hotels. Analysis of the results is contained in the dissertation. The final part is devoted to identified conclusions on which proposals will be deduced. Items of information are gathered from both domestic and foreign literature, whose list is given at the end of the dissertation.
