Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem mravnostní kriminality, ale vzhledem k rozsáhlosti tohoto oboru, bude konkrétně zkoumat sexuální kriminalitu, a primárně pak pohlavní zneužívání dětí. Práce se snaží poukázat na problematiku ohavných činů pohlavního zneužívání především z pohledu obětí, v tomto případě hlavně dětí do patnácti let, které jsou obzvláště zranitelnou skupinou. The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of moral crime, but due to the extent of this field, it will specifically investigate sexual crime and primarily sexual abuse of children. I chose this topic because I am interested not only in the topic itself but also because of the inhumane behavior of the perpetrators and perpetual consequences for the victims.
