Táto práca sa zaoberá právnymi aspektami distribúcie softwaru, konkrétne proprietárneho softwaru na úrovni B2C. V práci je objasnená právna úprava vzťahujúca sa na takúto distribúciu, následne sú predstavené klasické formy distribúcie softwaru a problematické momenty s nimi spojené, týkajúce sa najmä licenčných zmlúv.
