Diplomová práce zkoumá cancel culture v ústavněprávních aspektech. Po úvodu je v druhé kapitole cancel culture obecně představována. Třetí kapitola vymezuje cancel culture v protikladu k „davovému šílenství“. Abstract:
The thesis examines cancel culture in its constitutional aspects. After the introduction, the second chapter introduces cancel culture in general. Chapter three defines cancel culture in contrast to "mob madness". Chapter four defines the Czech limits of free speech, as well as the limits of free speech in the United States, along with relevant American case law.
