Contract of Commercial Representation - Comparisson of the Czech and Belorussian Legal Regulation
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním právní úpravy smlouvy o obchodním zastoupení v České republice a v Republice Bělorusko. Českou úpravu nalezneme v zákoně č. 513/1991 Sb., obchodní zákoník, a běloruská úprava je obsažena v zákoně č. 218-3 ze dne 7. prosince 1998, Graždanski kodeks.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with comparison of legal regulations of the contract of commercial representation in the Czech republic and in the Republic of Belarus. Czech regulation find in the Commercial Code, Act No. 513/1991 Coll., and Belorussian regulation is included in the Grazdanski kodeks, Act No. 218 - 3.
