Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je sledování rizikových faktorů a efektivita terapie myastenické krize. Jedná se o teoreticko-výzkumnou práci. Teoretická část zahrnuje komplexní pojetí onemocnění Myasthenia gravis, její epidemiologii, symptomy, diagnostiku a léčbu. Dále je zaměřena na život ohrožující komplikaci Myasthenia gravis a to myastenickou krizi, její klinický obraz a léčbu. Výzkumná část obsahuje výzkumné otázky a výsledky retrospektivní studie dokumentace. Výsledky jsou znázorněny pomocí grafů.

Abstract:

The subject of this Bachelor work thesis is the observation of the risk factors and efficiency of the myasthenic crisis therapy. The work is a theoretical-research study. The theoretical part includes a comprehensive approach to of disease Myasthenia gravis it is epidemiology, symptoms, diagnosis and therapy. This work also includes life-threatening complication of the myasthenic crisis it is clinical features and therapy. The research part of this thesis includes research questions and results of retrospektive study of the documentation. The results are demonstrated through the use of diagrams.
