Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací výrobního procesu ve strojírenské firmě „XXX“. První část práce bude věnována popisu využití automatizace v logistice, popisu myšlenky „Průmysl 4.0“ a postupu metody analýzy FMEA. Aplikační část je věnována analýze současného stavu výrobního procesu, navržení optimalizace výrobního procesu s využitím poznatků z oblasti automatizované výroby. V následující časti je porovnán stávající a navrhovaný stav procesu výroby s následným vyhodnocením. Poslední část práce je věnována analýze FMEA pro nalezení možných vad v navrhovaném automatizovaném procesu výroby a návrhu řešení k snížení vzniku těchto vad. V závěru práce je celkové porovnání a vyhodnocení navrhovaného stavu procesu výroby včetně ekonomického zhodnocení.

Abstract:

This master´s thesis is focused on the optimization of the production process in the engineering company "XXX". The first theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the description of use of the automation in logistics, the description of the idea "Industry 4.0" and the procedure of the FMEA analysis method. The application part is focused on the analysis of the current state of the production process and to the design of the production process optimization using knowledge from the field of automated production. The following part compares the current and proposed state of the production process with the subsequent Fevaluation. The last part of the thesis is focused on the „FMEA“ analysis for finding possible defects in the proposed automated manufacturing process and designing solutions to reduce these defects. At the end of the thesis there is an overall comparison and evaluation of the proposed state of the production process including economic evaluation.
