Cultivation and growing technologies of red and black currants in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce řeší aspekty pěstitelských a množitelských technologií na území České republiky a srovnává je se zahraničím, potažmo s Evropskou unií. Pozornost je zaměřena na pěstitelské způsoby a možnosti množení s využitím nejmodernějších postupů. V práci dochází k analýze způsobů množení a pěstování rybízu. Práce řeší problematiku řezu, výživy a hnojení, chorob a škůdců. Nedílnou součástí studie je botanické zařazení, anatomicko - morfologická stavba, podmínky pěstování (klima, půda, oslunění). Dále nechybí vlastní komentář k řešené problematice, který je zaměřen na šlechtitelskou stanici ve Velkých Losinách. Práce rovněž popisuje sortiment červeného a černého rybízu pěstovaného v této stanici a jeho odrůdovou charakteristiku. Přílohy mají podobu obrazové fotodokumentace pěstebních prostor stanice. Detailně jsou na nich zobrazeny výsledky práce šlechtitelské stanice. Okrajově přílohy doplňují žebříčky produkce rybízu v EU a ve světě.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the aspects of cultivation and propagation technologies on the territory of the Czech Republic and compares them with foreign countries and, respectively, with the European Union. Attention is focused on the cultivation methods and the possibilities of propagation using the most modern methods. The work analyzes the ways of propagation and cultivation of currant. The thesis deals with cutting, nutrition and fertilization, diseases and pests. An integral part of the study is the botanical classification, the anatomical-morphological structure, the conditions of cultivation (climate, soil, sunlight). There is also a commentary on the issue, which focuses on the breeding station in Velké Losiny. The thesis also describes the assortment of red and black currants grown in this station and its varietal characteristics. Attachments take the form of a picture photo of the plant space of the station. The results of the work of the breeding station are displayed in detail. The marginal supplements complement the currant production ranges in the EU and around the world.
