Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou transgender osob. Práce je zaměřena zejména na právní pojetí tohoto tématu, konkrétně hodnotí právní postavení těchto osob v České republice. První část se věnuje obecně trans osobám a objasnění základních pojmů. Další část je zaměřena na judikaturu Evropského soudu pro lidská práva. Následuje popis práv trans osob na úrovni vnitrostátní. The thesis presents the topic of transgender people. The main focus is aimed to the legal frameworks in the Czech Republic. The first part outlines the basics of the transgender issue and terminilogy used in this field. The following chapter describes the practice of the European Court of Human Rights.
