Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zápisem staveb do katastru nemovitostí. Poskytuje uceleně popsanou právní úpravu v oblasti zápisů staveb. Cílem je poukázat na některé problematické situace při procesu. Na začátku je věnována pozornost stručné historii, ve druhé kapitole jsou vymezeny některé pojmy. This bachelor thesis deals with registrations of buildings into land registry. Thesis offers coherent description of regulation in area of registration of buildings.
