Cost Analysis and Costing of Orders in the LazamCZ Company

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na analýzu nákladů a kalkulaci zakázek ve společnosti LAZAM CZ s.r.o. Cílem této bakalářské práce je provedení detailnější analýzy nákladů a kalkulace zakázek této společnosti. Teoretická část zahrnuje poznatky z oblasti nákladů, jejich definici, členění a klasifikaci, dále se orientuje i na oblast kalkulací, kalkulačních metod a v neposlední řadě nastiňuje problematiku tvorby cen. V praktické části jsem navázala na poznatky z teoretické oblasti. Současně jsem provedla analýzy nákladů, a to jak celkových, druhových tak i v závislosti na objemu produkce. Dále jsem provedla analýzu kalkulace zakázek dané společnosti a v závěru jsem uvedla návrhy a doporučení pro podnik, k zlepšení a zefektivnění řízení nákladů.

Abstract:

In my bachelor thesis I aimed at the cost analysis and sales order based costing in company LAZAM CZ s.r.o. The main objective is conceiving of detailed cost analysis and sales order based costing in this company. Theoretical part includes knowledge of costs, their definitions, allocation and classification, further is focussed on costing, costing methods, and at last but not least outlines issues of pricing. The practical part continues with findings from theoretical part. There was made cost analysis, including total cost analysis, nature of expense analysis and activity based cost analysis. Hereafter there was made an analysis of order based costing of chosen company and at the end of the thesis are proposals and recommendation for company to improve cost management and make it more efficient.
