Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na právní úpravu vyvlastnění a omezení vlastnického práva. Za tímto účelem je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje historické perspektivě zásahů do vlastnických práv. V druhé kapitole jsou stručně definovány pojmy vlastnictví a vlastnické právo. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on legislation of expropriation and restrictions of ownership rights. Thesis is divided into four chapters for this purpose. The first chapter is about historical perspective of interference in ownership rights. Ownership and ownership rights are briefly defined in the second chapter.
