Vojta's reflex locomotion in the therapy of children with central coordination disorder - compliance of family members with the recommended procedures

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o adherenci rodinných příslušníků při terapii pomocí Vojtovy reflexní lokomoce u dětí s centrální koordinační poruchou. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, přičemž teoretická část práce se zabývá mj. centrální koordinační poruchou, zejména jejím popisem, dělením a diagnostikou, a dále psychomotorickým vývojem dítěte do jednoho roku života. Dále teoretická část rozebírá také Vojtovu metodu, její účinnost a samozřejmě indikace a kontraindikace. Poslední kapitolu teoretické části jsem věnovala psychologickým aspektům, tedy adherenci, a psychologickému pohledu na dítě kojeneckého věku. Praktická část práce poté obsahuje přehled jednotlivých 542 odpovědí respondentů z dotazníkového šetření ve formě přehledných grafů. V rámci své praktické části práce rovněž dále rozebírá způsob vyhodnocení získaných dat ve formě datové analýzy se zapojením kontingenčních tabulek a dochází k závěru, že klíčovým aspektem pro adherenci rodičů je aspekt sociální, tedy vztah s terapeutem a podpora od partnera.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of adherence of family members in Vojta's reflex locomotion therapy in children with central coordination disorder. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part, the theoretical part of the thesis deals, among others, with the central coordination disorder, especially its description, division and diagnosis, as well as the psychomotor development of the child up to one year of age. The theoretical part discusses the Vojta method, its effectiveness and, of course, indications and contraindications. The last chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to psychological aspects, i.e. adherence, and the psychological view of an infant child. The practical part of the thesis then contains a summary of each of the 542 answers of the respondents from the questionnaire survey in the form of graphs. Within its practical part, the thesis also further discusses the method of evaluating the data obtained in the form of data analysis involving contingency tables and concludes that the key aspect for parental adherence is the social aspect, i.e. the relationship with the therapist and support from the partner.
