Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci je popsána úplná syntéza dvou nových derivátů hemicucurbit[6]urilu – heminorbornacucurbit[6]urilu a jeho hydrogenovaného analogu. Zatímco první z makrocyklů byl detekován pouze pomocí hmotnostní spektrometrie, druhý byl izolován v čisté formě a plně charakterizován. A complete synthesis of two new hemicucurbit[6]uril derivatives – heminorbornacucurbit[6]uril and its hydrogenated analogue – is described in the present Bachelor thesis. While the former macrocycle was detected only by mass spectrometry, the latter was isolated in a pure form and fully characterized.
