Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza právní úpravy odvolání coby řádného opravného prostředku ve správním řízení. Analyzována bude judikatura správních soudů s důrazem na postup odvolacího orgánu při hodnocení nezákonnosti prvoinstančních rozhodnutí. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the legislation on appeal as a proper remedy in administrative proceedings. The case law of administrative courts will be analyzed, with an emphasis on the appellate authority's procedure in assessing the illegality of first-instance decisions.
