The problems of citizen security in basic education.

Abstract:

Ochrana obyvatel patřila v minulosti k úkolům armády, ale v současné době se týká celé naší společnosti a všech věkových kategorií obyvatel republiky od žáků základních škol až po seniory.Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany obyvatel v České republice. Připravenost na mimořádné události je podmíněna fungováním právních předpisů a součinností všech složek, které zjišťují naší ochranu. Na porovnání je prezentována legislativa a hlavní dokumenty z této oblasti, které platí a jsou aktuální u sousedních států. V práci jsou představeny preventivní a rámcové programy pro děti základních škol. Cílem práce je zhodnotit úroveň systému vzdělávání obyvatel na úrovni základního školství a zmapovat vědomosti žáků prvního stupně základních škol v oblasti ochrany obyvatel.

Abstract:

The citizen security was part of the army duties in the past, but in the present it concerns our whole society and all age groups of the republic citizens, starting from the pupils and finishing at the seniors. The bachelor work deals with problems of the citizen security in the Czech Republic. Readiness to events of emergency is conditional on operating of legal regulations and cooperation of integrated system. For comparison the legislative power and main documents of this area are presented, that are in effect and are actual at neighbour states. The preventive frame programs for pupils in the basic schools are showed in this work. The aim of the work is to evaluate the level of the education system in the primary and secondary schools and to verify the knowledge of the primary school pupils in the sphere of the citizen security.
