Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá komplexní analýzou vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí vybraného sportovního klubu. Vybraným sportovním klubem je hokejový klub HC ČSOB Pojišťovna Pardubice. Hlavním cílem práce je identifikace silných a slabých stránek, příležitostí a ohrožení organizace.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with a comprehensive analysis of external and internal environment of the selected sport club. The choosen sport club is the ice hockey club HC ČSOB Pojišťovna Pardubice. The main goal of the thesis is to identify strenghts and weaknesses, opportuities and threats of the organization.
