Teoretická část práce shrnuje poznatky o zubním vývoji a jeho molekulární podstatě. Je vysvětlen termín hypodoncie a přiblížena daná problematika, s důrazem na nesyndromickou formu tohoto onemocnění ve spojitosti s klíčovými geny pro zubní vývoj Pax9 a Msx1. Abstract:
The theoretical part of thesis summarizes findings of dental development and its molecular basis. The term of hypodontia is explained and the given issue is outlined with emphasis on non-syndromic form of the disease in conjunction with key genes of dental development Pax9 and Msx1.
