Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vyhledáváním a těžbou ložisek nevyhrazených nerostů v souvislosti s ochranou životního prostředí. V úvodu práce vymezuje základní pojmy a principy. V práci jsou rozděleny jednotlivé fáze postupu těžební organizace a správních orgánů.
