V diplomové práci jsem se zaměřila na vymezení nových trendů v bankovnictví. Práce je rozdělena do 5 hlavních kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá zmapováním aktuálních trendů v bankovnictví. Druhá kapitola se věnuje novým trendům na pobočkách bank. Třetí kapitola poukazuje na legislativní změny v bankovnictví. I focused on defining new trends in banking in my thesis. The thesis is divided into five main chapters. The first chapter deals with the mapping of current trends in banking.
