Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma "Problematika komunikace u pacientů s mentální retardací" je zaměřena na komunikaci s pacienty s mentálním postižením. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na formy a projevy mentální retardace, na komunikaci s lidmi s tímto postižením. Je zde vysvětlen pojem komunikace, její druhy a zásady při komunikaci s pacienty s mentální retardací. Dále se zabývá podáváním informací ve snadném čtení a tvorbou snadno srozumitelných informací. Praktická část obsahuje interpretaci a prezentaci výsledků pomocí kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření, zaměřeného na nelékařský zdravotnický personál v Psychiatrické nemocnici Horní Beřkovice. Cílem této práce je zhodnocení vědomostí v oblasti komunikace s pacienty s mentální retardací a zjištění míry zkušenosti personálu s předáváním informací ve snadném čtení.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis on the topic "Problems of Communication in Patients with Mental Retardation" is focused on communication with patients with mental retardation. This bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the forms and the expression of mental retardation, on the communication with people who have these disabilities. In this part there is the term of communication, its types and the principles of communication in patiens with mental retardation. It also deals with providing easy to read information and creating understandable information, too. The practical part contains the interpretation and presentation of the quantitative questionnaire survey results, which are focused on the non-medical medical staff in the psychiatric hospital Horní Beřkovice. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is an evaluation of knowledge in the field of communication in patients with mental retardation and finding out the level of experienced staff and forwarding easy to read information.
