Lermontov's Demon and his didactic prehension in literary education

Abstract:

Hlavním tématem této práce je Lermontovův Démon a jeho didaktické uchopení. Na začátku práce je pozornost věnována především původu, výkladu a výskytu pojmu démon v lingvistických slovnících, historii, psychologii a ve vybraných náboženstvích a mytologiích. Dále je zde zmíněno několik konkrétních literárních děl, ve kterých se objevuje démon jako jedna z hlavních postav. Klíčovým bodem práce je rozbor literárního díla Démon a hledání výskytu úryvků tohoto díla ve vybraných učebnicích určených pro literární výchovu na základních a středních školách. V této práci se také zaobíráme tím, jak je možné ve výuce literatury s tímto dílem dále pracovat. Na základě toho bylo vytvořeno několik vhodných příprav, které mohou učitelé českého jazyka a literatury ve svých hodinách použít, nebo se jimi alespoň inspirovat.

Abstract:

Main topic of this thesis is Lermontov's Demon and his didactic prehension in literary education. At the beginning of this thesis is paid attention to the origin, interpretation and occurance of the term demon in linguistic dictionaries, history, psychology and selected religions and mythologies. It is also mentioned here several specific literary works, in which the demon appears as one of the main characters. The key point of this thesis is the analysis of literary work Demon and search for excerpts of this work in selected textbooks for literary education at middle and high schools. This work also deals with how it is possible to work with this work in literature teaching. On the basis of this, several suitable preparations have been made that teachers of Czech language and literature can use or at least be inspired by.
