Tato diplomová práce se zabývá řízením před správními soudy, kterými jsou soudy krajské a Nejvyšší správní soud. Autorka se v práci nejprve zaměřuje na historický vývoj správního soudnictví u nás, poté se věnuje samotnému řízení před správními soudy a jednotlivým zvláštním řízením dle soudního řádu správního.
