In bachelor work was examined the organization of credit process, that is loans on urgent conditions, repayment, interest payment under provision, relations between lender and borrower of “Raiffeisen Bank Aval”, and also exclusion risk and repayment of distributed funds. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá organizací úvérového procesu, a to úvěrováním za podmínek splatnosti, návratností půjček, bezpěčností úrokovou sazbou, vztahy věřitel s dlužníkem ¨Raiffeisen Bank Aval¨ a také jsou vyloučeny rizika nesplacení úvěrů.
