Sportovní hala – variantní úprava studie návrhu (areál haly i vlastní objekt) s vyhodnocením

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá variantním návrhem terénních úprav pozemku a možného řešení parkování s vyhodnocením dle vlastních kritérií a novým návrhem sportovní haly s porovnáním s předchozím návrhem z dispozičního a hmotového hlediska. Terénní úpravy na pozemku uvažují se stejnými parametry jako v předchozím návrhu. Zůstává stejný tvar sportovní haly, počet parkovacích míst a velikost venkovních ploch včetně hřišť. Nové návrhy se liší podle řešení a umístění parkování nebo garáže na pozemku a jsou doplněny o sportovní plochy, jezírko pro retenci vody a zvažují úroveň upraveného terénu. V návrzích se bere zřetel na vhodné řešení pro komunikaci na pozemku, tedy návštěvníků a pracovníků sportovní haly, svoz komunálního odpadu a prostor pro záchranné a hasičské jednotky. Bakalářská práce obsahuje vyhodnocení podle pěti kritérií a určení nejlepšího návrhu. Nový návrh sportovní haly se zabývá vylepšením předchozího návrhu sportovní haly. Zůstává účel pro sportovní rekreaci, byl navržen nový oblý tvar, změny v konstrukci a dispozici budovy. V práci je porovnán nový návrh s předchozím a jsou přestaveny změny, který nový návrh vylepšují oproti původnímu řešení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with a variant design of landscaping and possible parking solution with an evaluation according to its own criteria and a new design of the sports hall with a comparison with the previous design from the layout and material point of view. The landscaping on the site is considered with the same parameters as the previous design. The shape of the sports hall, the number of parking spaces and the size of the outdoor areas including the playing fields remain the same. The new designs vary according to the layout and location of the parking or a garage on the site and add sports areas, a pond for water retention and consider the level of landscaping. The designs take into account appropriate solutions for communication on the site, i.e. visitors and staff of the sports hall, municipal waste collection and space for emergency and fire services. The bachelor thesis includes an evaluation according to five criteria and the determination of the best design. The new design of the sports hall deals with the improvement of the previous design of the sports hall. The purpose for sports recreation remains, a new rounded shape has been proposed, and changes have been made to the structure and layout of the building. The thesis compares the new design with the previous design and the changes that make the new design an improvement over the original solution.
