Předmětem diplomové práce je postihnout problematiku postavení České národní banky mezi ostatními orgány veřejné moci. The goal of this diploma thesis is to tackle the issue of where the Czech National Bank stands among other public authorities. The thesis is systematically divided into parts, and it deals with both the issue of defining public authority itself and the issue of the organs and subjects that represent public authority.
