Abstract:

Diplomová práce zkoumá sociální konstrukci intervence s klienty s duální diagnózou (závislost na alkoholu a duševní onemocnění) v doléčovacích centrech u sociálních pracovníků a psychoterapeutů. Zaměřuje se na způsoby, jakými sociální pracovníci a psychoterapeuti kategorizují, idealizují intervenci s klienty s DD a jaký při ní používají diskurz. Základem teoretické části bylo vymezení základních pojmů, které s danou problematikou souvisí. Jedná se o pojmy sociální konstrukce a její aspekty, pojem duální diagnóza (alkohol a duševní onemocnění), sociální práce s lidmi s duální diagnózou a intervence, které se při práci s lidmi s duální diagnózou využívají. V práci byl využit kvalitativní výzkum realizován formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se 4 sociálními pracovníky, 4 psychoterapeuty a 4 klienty s duální diagnózou v doléčovacích centrech. Data získaná v rámci rozhovorů jsou interpretována na základě otevřeného a axiálního kódování. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že sociální pracovníci a psychoterapeuti konstruují intervenci s klienty s duální diagnózou jako specifickou ve srovnání s klienty bez přidružené duševní poruchy v doléčovacím centru.

Abstract:

The diploma work goes into a social construction of intervention with clients with dual diagnosis (alcohol addiction and psychological disorders) in aftercare centers by social workers and psychoterapeutists. It focuses on the ways in which social workers and psychotherapists categorize, idealize the intervention with clients with dual diagnosis and how they use the discourse. The basis of the theoretical part was the definition of basic terms connected with the given problems. It means the terms of social construction and its aspects, the concept of dual diagnosis (alcohol addiction and psychological disorders), the social work with people with dual diagnosis and the interventions that are used when working with people with dual diagnosis. The qualitative research was realized by the form of half-structured interview with 4 social workers, 4 psychotherapists and 4 clients with dual diagnosis in the aftercare centers. The data obtained during the interviews are interpreted on the basis of axial coding. The research resulted in the fact that social workers and psychotherapists construct the intervention with the clients with the dual diagnosis as specific unlike with clients without any psychological disorder in the aftercare center.
