Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci budu analyzovat konkurenční pozici firmy Stavebniny Jiří Beneš. V úvodní části teoreticky popíši veškeré interní a externí analýzy, které jsou základem pro práci. Dalším krokem bude aplikování těchto analýz na zmiňovanou firmu. První externí analýzou bude Porterův model pěti sil, další pak STEP analýza. Pomocí těchto analýz prozkoumám vnější prostředí podniku. In this bachelor´s thesis I will analyse the competitive position of the company Stavebniny Jiri Benes. In the introductory part I will theoretically describe all internal and external analysis, which are the very base for this work. In next step I will apply these analyzes to the mentioned company.
