Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na trestné činy páchané vůči úředním osobám. Identifikuje a kategorizuje tyto delikty a analyzuje právní rámec ochrany úředníků. Dále zkoumá statistická data týkající se těchto trestných činů v České republice, přičemž klade důraz na případovou studii s dotazníkovým šetřením. Bachelor thesis focuses on criminal offenses committed against public officials. It identifies and categorizes these offenses and analyzes the legal framework for protecting officials. Furthermore, it examines statistical data related to these criminal offenses in the Czech Republic, with an emphasis on a case study involving a questionnaire survey.
