Abstract:

Studovanou oblastí sesuvných mokřadů jsou Západní Karpaty reprezentovány v zájmovém území račanskou a slezskou jednotkou. Odlišná litologická stavba těchto jednotek byla podkladem stanovení hypotézy, že větší abundance mokřadů bude v jednotce slezské z důvodu vyššího obsahu jílovců, a tedy lepších izolačních podmínek pro vodu. Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit prostorové rozšíření mokřadů a stanovit hlavní faktory ovlivňující jejich výskyt. Vzhledem k multioborové povaze tohoto tématu jej lze uchopit různými způsoby. Pro práci byla zvolena metoda mapování na základě LiDARu s následným ověřením přítomnosti mokřadu v terénu. Navazující GIS analýza zahrnovala volně dostupné topografické podklady (geologie, půdní typ, lesní typ apod.) a indexy počítané z DMT (sklon, orientace, TWI, lokální reliéf apod.). Výsledných 14 charakteristik vstupovalo jako generalizovaného lineárního modele s využitím metody PCA. Součástí bylo také vytvoření odpovídající typologie pro sesuvné mokřady. Význam práce tví v rozšíření dosavadních poznatků o sesuvných mokřadech, jako je právě odhalení faktorů ovlivňujících jejich vznik, jež doposud nebyly předmětem ostatních studií.

Abstract:

The studied area of landslide wetlands is the Western Carpathians which are represented by the Rača and Silesian units. The different lithological composition of these units served as a basis for hypothesizing that a greater abundance of wetlands would be present in the Silesian unit due to higher clay content and, therefore, better water insulation conditions. The aims of this study were to evaluate the spatial distribution of wetlands and determine the main factors influencing their occurrence. Given the interdisciplinary nature of this topic, it can be approached in various ways. The method based on LiDAR mapping with field verification was used in this work. The subsequent GIS analysis included freely available topographic data (geology, soil type, forest type, etc.) and indexes calculated from the DTM (slope, orientation, TWI, local relief, etc.). The resulting 14 input characteristics were used in a generalized linear model employing the PCA method. Additionally, a corresponding typology for landslide wetlands was developed. The significance of this work lies in expanding the current knowledge about landslide wetlands, particularly in uncovering the factors influencing their formation that have not been the subject of previous studies.
