Diplomová práce se zabývá firemní kulturou a jejím vlivem na výkonnost podniku. Teoretická část pojednává o definování firemní kultury, prvcích firemní kultury, jaký mají vliv síla a obsah firemní kultury na výkonnost organizace a typologii organizační kultury. Abstract:
This masters thesis deals with the corporate culture and its impact on business performance and strategy. The theoretical part deals with the definition of corporate culture, elements of corporate culture, how they influence the strength and content of corporate culture on organizational performance and typology of organizational culture.
