Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zavedení supervize na Úřadu práce. Jejím cílem bylo analyzovat organizační kulturu vybraných poboček Úřadu práce s úmyslem zjistit, jaké jsou zde podmínky pro zahájení tohoto projektu. The diploma thesis is focused on the supervision introduction at the Labor Office. Its aim was to analyze the organizational culture of selected Labor Office branches with the intention of finding out what the conditions for starting this project are.
