Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zlepšování jakosti ve společnosti Adient, s.r.o. ve Strakonicích, kdy pomocí nástrojů a metod analyzuje jakost vybraných produktů a navrhuje nápravná opatření. Pomocí nástroje 8D report se rozebírá příčina vzniku nekvalitní výroby, a jak je možné, že se výrobek dostal k zákazníkovi. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with quality improvement at Adient, s.r.o. in Strakonice, applying tools and methods to analyse the quality of selected products and propose corrective measures. The cause of poor quality production is discussed by using the 8D Report tool, and how it is possible for the product to reach the customer.
