Tato práce, na základě provedené rešerše, pojednává o metodě Kaizen. Jejím zavedením manažeři usilují o snížení nákladů, zvýšení kvality a konkurenceschopnosti. V úvodu práce je Kaizen představen z historického hlediska. Dále je práce zaměřena na aplikaci Kaizen na výrobní provoz firmy. Jsou zde vysvětleny základní pojmy a principy metody Kaizen.
