Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá pojistnou likvidací průmyslového majetku. V první kapitole je shrnutí základních pojmů z oboru pojišťovnictví. Tento přehled zjednoduší orientaci v dalších kapitolách, kde se budeme s pojmy dále setkávat. V této kapitole je také dále vysvětleno jaké nároky pro přijetí musí splňovat likvidátor pojistných událostí jako zaměstnanec pojišťovny. V posledním bodě je popsána činnost likvidátora, lze se tak podívat na charakteristiku jeho základních činností. Ve druhé kapitole je charakterizována společnost Česká pojišťovna a ukázán způsob, jakým funguje celá organizační struktura likvidace této společnosti. Dále je zde graficky znázorněno, jak je na tom společnost Česká pojišťovna ve srovnání s konkurencí ve stěžejních sledovaných ukazatelích pro pojišťovny v neživotním pojištění, jako je třeba přehled předepsaného pojistného a náklady na pojistná plnění. V poslední, třetí kapitole je znázorněn konkrétní příklad postupu likvidace v případě vzniklé pojistné události. Je zde znázorněn kompletní postup likvidátora, od počátečního seznámení s událostí, přes její šetření až po ukončení a uzavření případu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is concerned with the settlement of industrial assets. The basics from the field of insurance is summarised in the first chapter. This table will simplify the orientation in following chapters, where we will further encounter with the basics. In this chapter is also explained which demands for acceptance must the loss adjuster carry out as a employee of the insurance company. There are described the activities of both mentioned positions for the loss adjuster in the last point. It is possible then to have a look at the characteristic of the loss adjuster. The Czech Insurance company is described in the second chapter and is also shown the method how works the whole organization structure of settlement in this company. Furthermore there is graphically represented how the Czech Insurance company stands compared to competitors in crucial monitored indicators for insurance companies in the industrial settlement as overview of prescribed premiums and costs for indemnity.In case of incurred incidents a concrete example of procedure of settlement is shown in the last chapter, the third. It is described the complete procedure of the loss adjuster, from the beginning of familiarize with the claim through it´s investigation to it´s end and a case closure.
