Abstract:

Diplomová práce zpracována na téma Mystery shopping – výhody a nevýhody se zabývá analyzováním silných a slabých stránek této moderní metody průzkumu trhu v oblasti poskytování služeb. Nejznámější metoda pozorování a hodnocení úrovně kvality zákaznického servisu byla zaměřena na gastronomické odvětví a realizována ve třech variantách. Jednotlivé mystery shoppingy se od sebe lišily svým scénářem, zadáním cíle průzkumu, detailním zaměřením během pozorování, a i strukturou otázek, na které poskytoval odpovědi mystery shopper po úspěšném dokončení průzkumu. Cílem diplomové práce bylo nalezení výhod a nevýhod mystery shoppingu, které plynou na základě analýzy a shrnutí provedených mystery shoppingů v praxi. Pro získání relevantních výsledků a odhalení výhod a nevýhod mystery shoppingu bylo zapotřebí aktivně provést veškeré jednotlivé varianty průzkumu trhu. Získané výsledky a nabité poznatky z praxe byly dále analyzovány a shrnuty. To posloužilo k nalezení již zmíněných výhod a nevýhod mystery shoppingu. Na základě zpracovaných výsledků za účelem naplnění cíle práce byly také nalezeny odpovědi na dvě předem stanovené hypotézy, které jsou propojeny s cílem diplomové práce. Mystery shopping je kvalitní metoda pro analyzování úrovně zákaznického servisu a poskytovaných služeb restauracemi, i přestože výhody této metody nepřevažují nad jejími nevýhodami.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis on the topic of Mystery shopping - advantages and disadvantages deals with the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of this modern method of market research in the field of service provision. The most well-known method of observing and evaluating the level of quality of customer service was focused on the gastronomic industry and implemented in three variants. The individual mystery shopping differed in their scenario, the specification of the survey, the detailed focus during the observation, and the structure of the questions to which the mystery shopper provided answers after the successful completion of the survey. The aim of the diploma thesis was to find out the advantages and disadvantages of mystery shopping, which flow on the basis of analysis and summary of done mystery shoppings in practice. In order to obtain relevant results and reveal the advantages and disadvantages of mystery shopping, it was necessary to actively carry out all individual variants of market research. The obtained results and the knowledge gained from practice were further analyzed and summarized. This helped to find out the already mentioned advantages and disadvantages of mystery shopping. Based on the processed results in order to fulfill the aim of the thesis, answers to two predetermined hypotheses were also found, which are connected with the aim of the diploma thesis. Mystery shopping is a quality method for analyzing the level of customer service and services provided by restaurants, although the advantages of this method do not outweigh its disadvantages.
