Abstract:

Má diplomová práce je zaměřena na intervenční strategie pedagogických pracovníků při práci s dětmi ze sociokulturně znevýhodněného prostředí (sociálně vyloučených lokalit). Primárně se zabývá schopností pedagogů analyzovat kořeny školní neúspěšnosti dětí ze sociálně vyloučených lokalit, identifikovat je a navrhovat adekvátní mechanismy pedagogické podpory. Současně zkoumá vztah mezi etnicitou neúspěšného dítěte a volbou metod a prostředků sociálně-pedagogické intervence. V návaznosti na provedený výzkum byla zjištěna vysoká míra neinformovanosti v řadách pedagogických pracovníků směrem k výchově, socializaci s ohledem na životní podmínky dětí ze sociálně vyloučených lokalit. Výzkum byl prováděn prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření na Děčínsku. Výzkumná část práce potvrdila, že pedagogičtí pracovníci postupují při volbě výchovně vzdělávacích metod při práci s dětmi ze sociálně vyloučených lokalit, jimž sami přisuzují příslušnost k minoritní národnosti tak, že volí nejjednodušší řešení a jednají spíše neprofesionálně s tendencemi převést problematiku na jiné články vzdělávacího systému.

Abstract:

The Diploma Paper is aimed at the strategy of pedagogical staff on working with children from socially excluded locations. It deals with analyzing the abilities of pedagogues to identify the roots of the failure of children from the socially excluded locations and considering this, the abilities to propose adequate mechanisms of pedagogical support. In addition it identifies the relation between the attributed ethnic origin of a failing child, and the choice of methods and means of social-pedagogical intervention. In connection with the research performed, a great extent of lack of awareness of the pedagogical staf in relation to education, socialization, as well as to ordinary living conditions of children from the socially excluded locations was idetified. The research was performed using a questionnaire-based survey amog pedagogical staff in the Děčín region. The research part of the Paper proved that the pedagogical staff proceed in such a way that on choosing the educational and tutorial methods, in case that they work with children from the socially excluded locations to whom they themselves attribute the pertinence to a minority nation, they elect the simplest solution, and they rather act unprofessionally and pass the issue to other units of the educational system.
