Rekonstrukce šikmých střech na obytná podkroví

Abstract:

Výběrem tématu rekonstrukce neobytného podkroví na obytná podkroví jsem provedl na začátku rozdělení konstrukcí střech do jednotlivých skupin. Samozřejmě uvedení vývoje šikmých střech od dávných primitivních konstrukcí až po složité konstrukce dnešní doby. Na zvoleném přikladu bytového domu se šikmou střechou jsem provedl průzkum konstrukce a poté návrh řešení. Řešení postupu prací jsem prováděl dle technologického postupu. Objekt obsahuje nebezpečný odpad, který se řídí dle vyhlášky 185/2001Sb. Při návrhu tepelných izolací bude provedeno posouzení konstrukcí v programu Teplo (Svoboda SW) navržených skladeb, ale i posouzení původních skladeb a jejich vyhodnocení. U této práce ač je to jen rekonstrukce části domu je zde nutné uvědomit si, že konstrukce krovu není samostatná část, ale tato část souvisí s celým domem, protože předimenzování krovu, nebo navržení jakýkoliv vrstev v plášti střechy nemusí být vždy správně, proto je nutné zjistit o daném domu co nejvíc a vytvořit správné podmínky pro bydlení.

Abstract:

Selecting a theme reconstruction of nonresidential attic to attic I made at the beginning of the division of roof structures in each group. Of course, these developments sloping roofs from ancient primitive structures to complex constructions today. On chosen example of apartment building with a sloping roof, I conducted a survey and then design a solution proposal. Solving the progress of work I carried out according to technological process. The building contains hazardous waste, which is governed by Decree 185/2001Sb. In the design of thermal isolation construction to be performed in Teplo (Svoboda SW) proposed tracks but also original compositions assessment and evaluation. In this work although it is only a reconstruction of the house there is a need to realize that the truss structure is not a separate part, but this part is related to the whole house, because over-dimensioning of the roof, or propose any layers in the mantle roof may not always be correct, it is therefore necessary find out about the house as much as possible and create the right conditions for living.
